Practice Good Oral Hygiene

  • Brush twice a day with toothpaste that contains fluoride. (Link to fluoride page whenever fluoride is underlined)

  • Floss once a day to prevent red, puffy gums.

  • If you vomit, rinse your mouth with a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water to stop acid from attacking your teeth. Delay tooth brushing for at least 1 hour after vomiting.
